RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Fable Perfume under Pineviewhq we maintain a strict No Return and No Refund Policy to ensure quality and hygiene standards.
1. GENERAL POLICY
• No Returns: We do not accept returns for any products once delivered.
• No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dislike of fragrance.
2. THE ONLY EXCEPTION (DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL)
A refund or replacement will only be considered if the product is received in a broken condition.
Mandatory Procedure:
• Open Box Delivery: You must inspect the package in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery.
• Verification: If the product is broken, it must be confirmed by the delivery person immediately on the spot.
• If the delivery person does not verify the breakage at the time of handover, no refund or claim will be entertained.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
• No Cancellations: We have a strict no-cancellation policy. Once an order is placed on our website, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming the purchase.
4. JURISDICTION
Any disputes related to this policy are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra
